Casey and Phyllis are amazing!! They were able to walk us through the process of getting our first home despite the many hurdles we had against us.

Casey was such a huge help in buying my home! I had a relatively short timeframe to shop, but after we discussed what I was looking for in a house, she went right to work and sent me several prospects within the first few days. As a local, she knew the ins and outs of the area in a way that others wouldn't be able to compete with. She was extremely quick and responsive as we discussed each house and once I chose one, she walked me through the whole process in a way that I could understand and felt comfortable with. She saw us through some of the most challenging house sales of our lives as we helped elder members of our family move from their homes into care. She understands the emotionality of these sales and the transitions we were experiencing. I will never forget the patient and loving way Phyllis answered my 90 year old mom's questions. Phyllis Johnson is one of the most amazing professionals that you could ever hope to work with! From the moment that you meet her she exudes such sunshine and positive can do attitude, that you feel your home is already sold! Phyllis listened and observed every detail of the needs for our home to be listed and sold. Nothing was ever a problem. She pitched in and helped with everything. Her communication was excellent. She was always proactive in letting me know about showings, feedback and the market. I am not sure that she ever sleeps because she was always available and always made sure that I would know how to reach her, even if she had to go out of town. Listen to her suggestions! In the end just removing one piece of furniture is what turned the tide in the selling of our home. There is a reason why she is one of the top sellers in the area!!

Let me start by saying this young lady is not lazy. She has a personality that you enjoy being around. I felt very comfortable and trusted that she was going to do whatever she needed to get our house sold. Boy was I right. If I had any questions or concerns she was quick to find the answer or explain things to me in layman terms. The second day we had an offer and we went through the process of getting to closing. 5 days before closing the lender had an issue. Well I had all but given up hope and figured we have to start over. But not Casey, she jumped right on it trying to find a solution and within a few days we were closing. I can never thank her enough for the hard work she did and the calmness for which she handled it. It helped me to stay calm and I have no doubt if I'm in need of a realtor Casey is who I will go with.
